How do l upload documents on weComply ?

  1. Step 1 : Login to your account by following this link : login
  2. Step 2 : Select the compnay profile option on the left-hand side
  3. Step 3 : Navigate to the Documents on the company profile page
  4. Step 4 : Select the Add button and navigate  to the Documents you want  to upload

How do l update my company details?

  1. Step 1 : Login to your account by following this link : login
  2. Step 2 : Navigate to Company profile on trhe left and select 
  3. Step 3 : Navigate to Company Details in the first section of the page  and update your details

What should l do if l haven't received a verification link ?

Email us at support@wecomply.co.za

In the email  please provide  the email address you used to create the account as well as a letter from  the company owner  confirming  the request.

How do l get my account to 100% completion?

Step 1 : Login to your account by following this link : login

Step 2 : Navigate to the company profile  on the left of your screen

Step 3 : Select and fill in your company details 

Step 4 : Upload the following documents : 

  • CIPC
  • Tax 
  • BEE
  • Certification
  • Covid -19  permit(if applicable to your business)
  • Shareholder Documents(ID Documents of the sole proprietor or shareholders)
  • Reference Letter(s) (ie. recommendation(s) from clients and other business assocites, or contacts you have  worked with , that endorsses your business
  • Our team  will prioritise your document verfication once you have filled in your cmpany details  and upload the above documents. 

How do l change my login details?

  1. Step 1 : Login to your account by following this link : login
  2. Step 2 : Navigate to the top right of your screen where you will see a notification bell and profile and  a profile icon
  3. Step 3 : Click on the profile  icon to change your login details

How do l create an account on Wecomply?

  1. Step 1 : Follow this link to start the regsitration proccess : register
  2. Step 2 : Complete the required information and select Register 
  3. Step 3 : Once registered, and we will send a verifiction email to your email addresses
  4. Step 4 : Open the email and follow the prompts to verify  your account 

How do l Disable my account?

An account can only be disabled  by the owner of the company profile and by using  the company email address or the email used to create  the account .Contact us at  support@wecomply.co.za or call +27 11 706 9006 with th request to disable your account 

Please provide the email address used to create the account as well as the letter from the company owner confirming the request.
